Direct verification sent to your employer, embassy or agency
Many requesters do not accept documents that pass through the applicant. With direct verification, the confirmation goes from the university to them.
Who asks for direct verification
- Overseas employers and HR teams, including UK employers that verify by email
- Primary-source verification agencies such as Dataflow and QVP (Gulf countries)
- Qualification recognition bodies, for example in the UK
- Embassies, licensing councils and background-screening companies
What we do
- Read the requester’s instructions and forms carefully
- Get the university to complete the form or reply to the requester’s email
- Follow up with the university until the reply is sent
- Share proof of dispatch with you, and a FACTS report if you need one
Already have a request stuck?
A common problem: the agency emailed the university weeks ago and nobody replied. Send us the agency’s request and we will take it to the right section of the university.
How it works
- Share the requestForward the employer or agency request, form or email.
- AuthoriseSign the authorisation form so the university can reply.
- We coordinateWe take the request to the university and follow up.
- Sent at sourceThe university replies directly to the requester; you get proof.
Questions about direct verification
Can you help with Dataflow or QVP verification?
Yes. Universities often do not respond to these agencies on time. We take the request to the university and follow up until it replies.
My UK employer emailed the university and got no reply. Can you help?
Yes. Send us the employer's email and we will make sure it reaches the right person at the university.
Will I get a copy?
You get proof that the university replied to the requester. Some requesters do not allow the applicant to see the reply itself.
Tell us the university and the purpose. We reply with the right route.
