In-person verification at the university
Some universities do not answer emails or letters. In those cases a FACTS associate goes to the university, meets the right section and gets the answer in person.
When an in-person visit is needed
- The university does not respond to email, post or online requests
- The university requires the request to be submitted at its counter
- Records are old, handwritten or kept only at the campus
- The case is sensitive and needs a careful, documented visit
What our associate does
- Submits the verification request at the examination, registrar or verification section
- Pays any university fee on your behalf
- Collects the written confirmation or the university’s acknowledgement
- Records the visit date, the section visited and the outcome for your report
What you receive
A FACTS report with the university’s confirmation, the visit details and a clear result: Green (verified), Red (discrepancy) or Orange (unable to verify, with the reason).

Questions about in-person verification
Do I need to travel?
No. Our associate visits the university for you. You only upload documents and sign the authorisation form online.
Can you visit universities outside big cities?
Often yes. Send us the university name and location and we will confirm.
Is in-person verification more reliable?
It is useful when other routes fail. Reliability always comes from what the university confirms, and the visit makes sure the request actually reaches the right desk.
Tell us the university and the purpose. We reply with the right route.
